It started when my parents, Don and Joan, they saw an opportunity in 1956. People needing extra room was an emerging market, and the folks began making simple caravans for home renovators or families just needing extra space. Business boomed! And when Australians started taking their caravans with them as they roamed the country, Carasel stepped in with a solution. We introduced towbars to our range of products. When I came along, I naturally became a part of the business and loved being involved. My name is Katie, and I am their daughter. I started helping out when I was six years of age, answering phones and talking to customers. Carasel is where I grew up. NOW I run the business with my husband, James. We are still a family business dedicated to providing top-quality products to keep you and your family safe. Over 65 years folks, we have been in business serving the Australian community and still growing strong!
